About the Gal

A year after I took up running I’ve finally got to the stage where I consider myself ‘a runner’ so I wanted to use this to document, share and learn from my experiences, as well as gaining some feedback from you fine folk.

Everything from training, club runs, marathons, obstacle events, weight training, injuries (not too many of these I hope), nutrition, weather, sleeping and socialising.
